But the SQ is only needed for the recharge. So once SQ is casted, follow by IA the recharge bonus has already been applied so its alright to go on and use another stance.
No, to keep coverage of IA up you want to activate it twice under SQ, so you can't use another stance right away. I suppose you could SQ>IA>shot for a bit>IA>IAS stance>SQ>IA, but it seems silly.

Depends where you are really.
In PvP, you will need it twice under SQ.
In PvE it doesnt really matter unless your in a long winded battle. Chances are if your fighting mobs your going to get a lot of breathing space inbetween fights and I find that skills with a long recharge tend to recharge before the next fight without even trying So if your still fighting the same mob after the 2nd IA chances are you will need the full duration (or at least most) of SQ.
I havent explained that very well lol

[skill]focused shot[/skill](other attack skills are disabled for 5...3) might be a good idea cause it only has 2 sec recharge and u can use a quick attack right after it before the arrow hits and disables the skill

In PvP, there's a low chance of you actually running a decent IA build.
